What’s your favorite activity/hobby outside of work?

In recent years I’ve found an immense fulfillment in helping others work towards their goals and dreams. Supporting and empowering individuals to reach their full potential–there’s nothing quite like the sense of satisfaction that comes from making a positive impact in someone else’s life. Knowing that I’ve played a part in helping others realize their aspirations fills me with a profound sense of purpose and drives me to continue making a difference in my community.

Favorite song or musical artist and why?

It’s tough to pick just one, though I have to give credit to Led Zeppelin’s “Whole Lotta Love.” It’s the first song I can recall thinking, “Whoa…so I think I love this whole music thing!” It blends elements of rock, blues, and folk to create a sound that brings that passion they are singing about to your soul.

Favorite spot in or around Huntsville?

One of my absolute favorite spots in Huntsville is Phat Sammy’s. As the owner and creator of this vibrant and eclectic restaurant, it’s not just a place I frequent, but also a creative outlet that I’m immensely proud of. Phat Sammy’s isn’t just about serving delicious food and drinks; it’s a haven of unique flavors, lively ambiance, and community spirit. Bringing something fresh and exciting to the city has been a labor of love, and seeing others enjoy the experience our team crafts fills me with joy. Whether it’s savoring inventive cocktails or indulging in Asian-inspired cuisine with friends, Phat Sammy’s is more than just a restaurant–it’s a testament to the creativity and innovation thriving in Huntsville’s culinary scene.
