What do you consider your greatest achievement?

My greatest accomplishment to date is being recognized as a young leader in the Huntsville community, through my philanthropic efforts; I have served on the Huntsville Hospital Foundation Development Council, am a member of the HudsonAlpha connections group, a graduate of Alabama Leadership Initiative Class IV and am currently in my second year of service on the National Children’s Advocacy Center Board of Directors.

What’s your all-time favorite Halloween costume?

Years ago, seven friends and I dressed up as the cast of Orange is the New Black – it was epic.

What do you miss most about being a kid?

Growing up so close to my grandparents – you don’t realize how lucky you are to have them as a kid!

What do enjoy doing when you’re not working?

I enjoy spending time at my place on Smith Lake with my 2-year-old Boykin spaniel named Weller.

What’s your favorite holiday and why?

Christmas – food, family, faith.

What’s something people may not know about you?

A long time ago I was an athlete; playing collegiate basketball @ NCAA Division II Florida Tech – go Panthers! I received my undergraduate in Civil Engineering, and then later a MS in Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech

What brings you the most joy?

Sharing a meal with close friends – I love to cook, enjoy hosting & am always up for a destination meal. Even better if we can pair those meals with good wine/bourbon.

What’s your dream vacation destination? 

Too many to list, but at the moment it’s either Oaxaca, Mexico or San Sebastián, Spain – both world class food destinations.
