Dr. Hayley DeGraaff graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Medicine in 1994 and has devoted her career to patient-centered care and aesthetic excellence. She has served as Medical Director of Advanced Life Clinic for 22 years. Recognized as a Top 500 Injector with Allergan, she is a master injector specializing in facial fillers and neurotoxins. Known for precision, compassion, and results, she blends medical expertise with artistry to enhance confidence and deliver results.

What awards, accolades or accomplishments are you most proud of?

I’m most proud of being named MedSpa of the year this year with EVENT Magazine’s Best of Huntsville Awards. It truly is an award that goes to everyone here at Advanced Life Clinic and is voted on by the people of the Huntsville metropolitan area. We strive every day to provide the best in service to our clients and this award exemplifies our accomplishments.

What do you love most about your job?

I love my job because it combines purpose, impact, and mastery. I help people solve real problems, see tangible results, and continuously grow expertise. The relationships I build—with patients, clients, or my team—create meaning beyond just work. Each day brings variety and new challenges, keeping me engaged. Most importantly, my work aligns with my values, allowing me to make a difference while doing something I genuinely enjoy.

How has business culture changed for women since your career started?

I think that more women are drawn to starting their own businesses now, with programs for women-owned businesses contributing to that, and I think it is great to see. It’s not only exciting, but it’s also a tribute to the fact that anyone can achieve what they set their minds to, regardless of gender or any other factor.
