Pamela Jackson Bass is the Founder and CEO of Virtuous Realty Global, a multi-state real estate firm built on faith, leadership, and generational wealth. Over the past seven years, she has grown the company from a vision into a thriving brokerage serving clients, investors, and communities across the Southeast. A respected industry leader and mentor, Pamela is passionate about empowering others to build a legacy through real estate, leadership, and purposeful entrepreneurship.
What circumstances or people helped shape you in your career?
My parents shaped my resilience and faith long before I entered business. Watching my mother raise seven children taught me strength, sacrifice, and determination. Losing both of my parents before the age of thirty pushed me to honor their prayers for my life by building something meaningful. Their example, along with mentors and community leaders who invested in me, helped shape my belief that leadership is about service and creating opportunities for others.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is watching people grow. Real estate is more than transactions for me—it’s about helping families build stability and helping agents build wealth and confidence in their careers. I enjoy creating an environment where people can thrive, dream bigger, and discover what’s possible. Seeing others succeed because of the platform we’ve built at Virtuous Realty Global is incredibly rewarding.
What awards, accolades, or accomplishments are you proudest of?
While I’m grateful for recognitions such as Faces Under 40, Start-Up Business of the Year, Emerging Business of the Year, and most recently Top 40 Under 40, the accomplishment I’m most proud of is building a thriving company from the ground up. Over the past seven years, we’ve grown Virtuous Realty Global into a respected firm while maintaining a culture rooted in faith, integrity, and service to our community.
