Brooke Brunsvold

Real Estate Broker-Owner
Ally & Co Realty

Brooke is a North Alabama native with more than twenty-five years of real estate experience and a deep understanding of the local market. As a broker-owner, she combines seasoned industry knowledge with a personal commitment to helping buyers and sellers confidently achieve their real estate goals. Known for her approachable style, professionalism, integrity, and giving spirit, Brooke has built a reputation as one of the most trusted real estate professionals in her area.

What circumstances or people helped shape you in your career?

My career was shaped by real-world experience long before I became a licensed sales agent.  In 1995 I began in real estate through investing, renovating homes, holding rental properties, and eventually operating a property management company. Those experiences taught me how to evaluate property, solve problems, manage risk, and understand the long-term value of real estate ownership.

When I stepped into licensed real estate sales, it was a natural next chapter. Having a strong foundation in the industry, I already knew I could use that experience to help buyers and sellers make informed, confident decisions. That early hands-on background continues to shape the way I work today — practical, protective, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to helping my clients make wise moves.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is helping clients move from possibility to reality. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching someone connect with a home, helping them structure the right offer, negotiating the best possible terms, and then guiding the transaction through every step until closing.

That is also where the heart of Ally & Co. comes from. I have always viewed my role as more than simply opening doors or writing contracts. As an advocate,I am here for my clients as a problem-solver, a resource, and a steady guide through one of the most important decisions my clients will make. That is why our tagline, “Your Ally in Every Move,” means so much to me — it reflects the way I have always approached this business.

The “Co.” is just as important. Over the years, I have built strong relationships with trusted industry professionals, contractors, inspectors, lenders, title professionals, tradespeople, and others who help support my clients when questions or challenges arise. Real estate takes a team, and I am grateful to have a close network of good people I can rely on to help get things done the right way.

For me, getting a client successfully to the closing table is more than the accomplishment of a completed sale. It is the result of trust, strategy, persistence, advocacy, and a strong team working together to help a client reach an important goal.

What accomplishments, awards or accolades are you proudest of?

What I am most proud of is the progression of my career and the decision this year to become the broker-owner of Ally & Co. My real estate career began long before I became licensed, through investing, renovating homes, rental properties, and property management. Over time, that experience grew into a career built on client advocacy, problem-solving, negotiation, and trusted relationships.

Opening Ally & Co. Realty this year allowed me to create a company around the way I have always served my clients — with integrity, practical guidance, strong communication, and a commitment to helping people make wise real estate decisions. Awards and recognition are always meaningful, but building a company that reflects my values and the way I do business is the accomplishment I am most proud of.
